Pay A Citation

Visit  and scroll down to the Pay a Notice button and click.

Appeal a Citation

Visit  and click Open Messenger (red button; right, bottom corner of page) to file an appeal. Challenge the citation. 

魔都资源网’s Transportation and Parking Services (TPS) no longer processes citation payments or appeals directly. Instead, our partner will issue a citation and follow up using Contracted Plate Service to notify the registered vehicle owner.
